Genetec was evaluated by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers based on programs to attract and retain younger workers, including tuition assistance and availability of co-op or work-study programs. Based on specific skills initiatives, Genetec was recognized for its programs to help younger workers advance faster in the organization. Completing the evaluation, the editors looked at the average age of employees to grade the composition and workforce profile.
