Montreal's Top Employers is organized and evaluated by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers and published in collaboration with the Montreal Gazette. Organizations of all sizes and industries are eligible, and those vying to compete must complete an extensive application that details internal business strategies, corporate culture and staff incentives. Specifically, winners are chosen based on the following eight criteria: 1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere and Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
