Feature note · Security Center Elevator Dispatch
From a single user interface, view video linked to dispatch requested from kiosk landings, dispatch events, and
destinations. You gain quick access to kiosk status and mode information and perform advanced actions such as changing
kiosk modes and manual elevator dispatch. Generate various reports to show activity per landing area, or per user, with
historical destination dispatch events and alarms linked with their video images. You also centrally monitor elevator
dispatch entities to remote independent Security Center systems as if they were part of one large virtual system.

The plugin allows Security Center
installations to connect directly to
destination dispatch systems and will enable
you to configure secure landings to the
kiosks on a scheduled basis. The plugin
also communicates all access control card
swipes and pin entries to the elevator system
and reports elevator dispatch events. Every
action from the system is securely stored
and can be reviewed in both standard and
visual reports at any given time. The plugin
supports the full extent of the destination
dispatch manufacturer protocols.
