Efficient door schedules
Program your system to lock and unlock specific doors according
to school schedules. This allows staff and students to freely enter
and exit the building during regular school opening and closing
hours, while doors stay locked during the day. It also frees up busy
hall monitors and administrative staff for other tasks since they no
longer have to manually secure all school doors.
Convenient teacher privileges
During the school day, teachers, can initiate 'Supervisor Mode' by
double tapping their card to a reader. This will unlock the door so
students can enter or exit an area or room. They can then double
tap the card again to lock the door.
Streamlined visitor management
Use a built-in visitor management module to easily assign
credentials to guests or contractors. You can also use Synergis
to extend the visitor management functionality to scan driver's
licenses for quick checks against national databases.
