Want to explore the city? During your trip, here are
a few places worth visiting:
The Old Port of Montreal
Filled with cafés, restaurants, souvenir shops
and historic buildings. Visit one of our famous
landmarks, the Notre Dame Basilica while you're
in town.
Mount Royal
Enjoy a panoramic view of the city at the top of
Mount Royal, the mountain on the site of Mount
Royal Park, one of Montreal's largest greenspaces.
Mount Royal is topped by an illuminated cross that
has become a Montreal landmark.
Saint Joseph's Oratory
Nicknamed la ville aux cent clochers (the city of
a hundred bell towers), Montreal is renowned for
its churches. The Oratory is the largest church in
Canada, with the biggest dome of its kind in the
world after that of Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome.
