The investigator fills out
the request form, so
camera administrators can
validate the nature of the
request and ensure that
all necessary details are
received. Users can view
the status of their requests
in Genetec Clearance, and
find past requests.
An e-mail notification is
sent to the camera owners
to review new requests.
They can ensure all essential
information is valid before
releasing the video to the
requestor.
Once the request is
approved, the videos can
be exported from Genetec
Security Center, or other
video systems, based on the
date and time provided by
the investigator.
