The OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0 integration enable the authentication of Security Center users through your organization's identity management platform, in order to achieve a seamless and secure single sign-on experience. Decentralized user access management risks Today's workforce uses an increasingly diverse ecosystem of applications every day. Employees often reuse passwords, leaving accounts active even after they have left the company. Relying on native authentication to manage access to corporate systems can place your organization at a significant cybersecurity risk. Connect your security and corporate identities Security Center integrates directly with your organization's software identity management platform using the OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0 protocols, offering an end-to-end SSO solution. Security Center user groups are linked to your identity platform's groups. Users log in to Security Center desktop or web clients or the Genetec Mobile app using their corporate account. Their credentials are validated by the identity platform, while their privileges are managed by the Security Center Directory.
