Workflow-based approach
Approvers can easily confirm or remove access for an individual
or role through the access review process.
Provisioning policy review
Approvers can review or update provisioning policies through
the access review process.
Email access inquiry
If the area or role approver is unsure if an individual should
have access to a specific area, an email can be sent through the
portal to request more information
How it works
Advanced filter
Available to site owners to narrow the report search by site,
reviewer, review type, status, start period, and end period.
Access review report
Generates a report of the completed access reviews for all sites
associated with the ClearID account.
Scheduling a review
Site owners can select the frequency,
date, and time for the areas to be
reviewed. A manual review can also
be conducted when required.
Completing an access review
Area or role approvers can use the
portal to verify that the validity of
area or role access settings. Revoked
access is removed after the review is
completed and a report is generated.

They're responsible for configuring access
review frequency or manually initiating access
reviews to ensure that the review process
occurs on time.

They can only conduct reviews for areas or
roles that they're approvers for.
