How to invite a visitor
Using the self-service portal,
employees can specify the name of
the event, where it will take place,

The requestor will need to select
the date range, provide the purpose
of the event, and input the visitor's
information.
They can also add a mobile number
so that the host/escort receives an
SMS upon the guest's arrival.
