Maps, mini maps and global search:
Monitor your facilities through any preconfigured
Security Center map whether it's a floor plan or a
geographic map. Operators can filter by layer to
abstract away from the broader information and
turn their focus to the task at hand. Mini maps
and the search function make navigating large site
maps a breeze.
Watchlist:
Operators can select specific entities, to bring up
all relevant events. These events will be available
in a special monitoring pane, no matter the task
currently at hand. Watchlists help you prioritize,
so that important events from entities of particular
interest will always appear at the top.
Unified reports:
Operators can easily investigate events where very
little is known about what happened except for
where and when it occurred. Unified reports make
it possible to focus on specific types of events or
launch a report of everything within a specific area
and time range. Simply select what, when and
where to launch your investigations.
Incident management:
Operators can trigger or take ownership
of incidents, complete standard operating
procedures, or collaborate with colleagues without
being at a dedicated workstation. The Genetec
Mission Control™ solution guides staff through
incident responses whether they are in the Security
Operations Center, on the ground or even at home.
