Our services
The Genetec Development Acceleration Program (DAP)
is designed for developers creating custom applications
using the Genetec API and SDK packages. It provides
tools, training, and support to help design, develop,
deploy, and maintain your solutions.
Access to the Genetec APIs, SDKs, and frameworks is available at no charge. You simply need to submit your
integration application form and the DAP team will get in touch with you.
Technical assistance is available as part of our Bronze,
Silver, and Gold tiers and includes access to technical
support via our ticketing system and personalized
guidance. This guidance can be used during your
development effort in a form of tailored training,
coaching, and other types of guidance sessions.
The certification process is an opportunity for
partners to benefit from recommendations provided
by our experts and prepare for a successful market
launch. We are committed to collaborating with you
as a valued partner, with the shared goal to certify
your integration and have it reach its full potential.
