They will share personalized tips and tricks to help kick-start your development and can answer a few of your questions during this session. Technical support: Get 10 hours of API & SDK troubleshooting support through tickets on the Genetec Technical Assistance Portal (GTAP). Answers are provided in writing in the ticket, with no call-in support. No Security Center certification is required to open the tickets. Personalized guidance: The personalized guidance gives you direct access to our senior development specialists. You can choose how to spend your bank of personalized guidance time with our API & SDK experts. While some partners will prefer sporadic calls and remote sessions to address specific questions, others will choose recurring remote meetups to track the progress of the development and get continuous assistance during the coding phase of the integration. This service can also be used for API and SDK training. Training (part of personalized guidance): API and SDK trainings are tailored to your needs. We cover the topics you need to create the best integration possible and adjust the course to your developers' experience with our products. It gives our partners valuable hands-on experience coding with our APIs, SDKs, and frameworks and has been shown to accelerate the pace of development for most of our attendees. Integration certification: The certification process offers partners the opportunity to benefit from recommendations provided by our experts, and to prepare for a successful market launch. It is the confirmation of our collaboration during your development and the starting point for greater potential with your integration. PluginSDK access: After attending a special PluginSDK training, you'll be able to build more advanced solutions with our Security Center platform using this specialized tool.
