How it works
Add ring groups using the Security
Center configuration interface.
Assign an extension that will be
programmed on the intercom to allow
for a visitor to call.
Add members to the list.
Configure ringing behavior and
ringing timeout value.
When a visitor call is initiated, the
first available operator will be notified
and can answer the call within the
Security Center interface.

Configurable ringing timer
Set a specific ring timeout value to force the
device to initiate the call to proceed to the
next available operator in the ring group list
Multiple Sipelia entities supported inside
ring group list
Within a ring group list, you can add
Security Center users and user groups,
Sipelia registered devices, devices
connecting via SIP trunk, additional ring
groups, and workstations
All at once or successive calling
Visitor-initiated calls can be set to either
call every member of the ring group list at
the same time or sequentially one-by-one
Ring group nesting
Allow a ring group to be placed inside
another ring for intuitive and seamless calling
