Alert Forwarder Service (AFS) and Event Retrieval Service (ERS) connect to the Genetec Security Center Web
SDK. The ERS retrieves access control events and alarms from Genetec Security Center and forwards them to
Ambient.aI. It then analyzes the data, may acknowledge access alarms, and generate new actionable alarms.
