• Receiving access control events from Genetec Security Center and analyzing them using video feeds from
cameras linked to the door or location
• Triggering alarms in Security Desk for operators to review and investigate
• Automatically acknowledging access control alarms that are determined to be non-threatening
Alert Forwarder Service (AFS) and Event Retrieval Service (ERS) connect to the Genetec Security Center Web SDK.
The ERS retrieves access control events and alarms from Genetec Security Center and forwards them to Ambient
AI. Ambient AI then analyzes the data, may acknowledge access alarms, and generate new actionable alarms.
