Travelling by bus
The closest bus stop is Pitt St before Hay St which is
outside the entrance to the building. There are two
major bus stops nearby:
• Eddy Avenue (for buses arriving from Sydney's
eastern suburbs)
• Broadway (for buses arriving from Sydney's inner
west and inner south)

Visitor parking is available in the building's underground
carpark. Carpark entry is via Parker St. Due to limited
car spaces, please advise our team (syxc@genetec.com)
in advance if you require a space to be reserved.
Upon arrival
The entrance to the building can be from Pitt Street,
Barlow Street, or Hay Street. The lifts are located behind
the concierge's desk and can be accessed after 8 am
(Press Level 21 at the monitors and it will guide you to
which lift to take). Once you get to Level 21, you should
be able to see the SYXC and your Genetec representative
will let you in. If in doubt, please talk to the friendly
building concierge where they can provide directions.
Please don't park in the spaces marked "Reserved." If an unauthorised
car is parked in a reserved space, the parking service will tow that
vehicle. Genetec isn't responsible for the towing of any vehicle.
