The first group defines the Access Denied event at both server and visitor doors. The second group defines the Door Forced Open event, which must occur within two minutes after the first event on the same doors. When this happens, the system sends a message and triggers an alarm. Automation built around how you work Legacy event-to-actions and scheduled tasks converted to automations Immediately benefit from the new functionality without having to start from scratch. Convert event-to-actions and scheduled tasks into automation entities. This process deactivates old rules automatically and activates new automations. Multi-selection of triggers and responses Combine multiple triggers and responses in a single automation. Use "Or", "And," or "Followed by" triggers to link any event, all events in any order, or a sequence. You can also look for multiple occurrences within a set timeframe. Multiple sources for triggering events Choose specific or multiple sources—like selected cameras or doors—to trigger events, instead of being limited to just one or all. Contextual actions on source entities Did you know you can target actions based on the event's source or location? This means you'll be working with fewer automations. Simply direct your actions exactly when they're needed. Manual automation triggers Trigger your automations on demand from Config Tool, Security Desk, or the Web App. This allows administrators and operators to manually trigger actions from maps, hot actions, and more—ideal for testing purposes. Import and export configurations Easily create reusable templates to share across systems. Export multiple automations into one file and selectively import what you need. You can remove Potentially Identifiable Information (PII) from the exported files for added security.
