Community Connect™ and Genetec™ products
You understand that the Community Connect™ trademark cannot be used in association with any
product other than Genetec™ Stratocast™ or other Genetec products or services. As such, you
must ensure that any organization that wishes to join and participate in your Community
Connect™ program possesses an active Genetec™ Stratocast™ subscription. For clarity, if an
organization uses a security monitoring solution other than Genetec™ Stratocast™, such
organization will not be eligible to participate in the Community Connect™ program, and you may
not permit, encourage or direct them to use the Community Connect™ trademark or any other
Genetec™ trademark.
You may not share our templates with any third party, or use them in any way that is incompatible
with the terms above.
Warranty and liability disclaimers
As indicated above, we've built this kit and are providing it to you for free, to help you ramp up
and operate the Community Connect™ program in [CITY]. However, you understand that this
Rollout Kit, and all templates, documents and other content made available to you as part of this
Rollout Kit, are provided 'as is', without any promises or warranties whatsoever, whether express
or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, quality, or fitness for
particular purpose. You must seek independent legal advice before using any of the content
provided to you as part of this Rollout Kit, or launching any activities pertaining to, or operating,
the Community Connect™ program.
To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law, under no circumstances shall
Genetec be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or other
damages whatsoever for any causes of action, lawsuits or other claims arising from or otherwise
related to the content of this Rollout Kit or any other material, content or document that we provide
to you in relation to the Community Connect™ program.
