Security Center fetches data from the airport
flight information system (either through a
local airport operational database or from any
systems able to provide flight schedules in
real-time) to inform airport personnel of any
update on flight schedules.
Any status update from flight schedules is
brought into Security Center as an event that
can trigger a specific behavior. Administrators
can select which verified conditions can
trigger an action within the platform ( "flight
canceled", "gate change" etc. ) applied to
either all flights or a subset of them.
Security Center Flight Business Logic lets
airport operators flag any flight of interest at
the beginning of their shift, deciding when
and how to be notified. For example, The
airport operator can receive a message when
a flight lands to prepare a specific reception
for a passenger onboard.
