As a result of the pandemic what percentage of your physical security operations staff were set up to work remotely? • None because we were deemed essential service. • We do not have Security Guards. We have safety officers at our project sites. Our HR and Admin team manage the CCTV and Access control systems, including badging for Time Attendance. • Security officers onsite. All other staff work from home. • All staff, include security operations center are remote. • Only critical employees were working, non-mission critical did not work. • We lost half our staff due to cutbacks. • No teleworking possible for the teams in charge of security operations. • Our hospitals continued to provide the same services during the pandemic. • Only administrative personnel work remotely.
