A more independent approach in which physical security decision making is run out of departments or business units was reported by a smaller portion of respondents working in larger organizations with more than 10,000 employees. Physical security operations It also seems that as organizations grow, their views on the value and/or use of physical security data evolves–from its use to support regulatory compliance and the security of facilities and safety of people, to a more strategic, business-oriented view that helps with customer satisfaction and enterprise productivity.
