With Genetec Advantage, support requests are prioritized for faster issue resolution. Channel partners can immediately access hotfixes, receive phone and chat support during business hours, and open unlimited support cases within the technical assistance portal. 6 Looking for ways to simplify your renewal process? Customers can select a one-year, three-year, or five-year Genetec Advantage subscription. The subscription costs are calculated based on the number of connections and will appear separately in the quote. The add-on coverage will be adjusted proportionally if the user adds new connections later. Customers running Security Center Professional and Enterprise editions are eligible for a free certified instructor-led training course voucher. The course provides in-depth training on Genetec systems. It provides users with a certification number, allowing them to gain complete access to Genetec support by phone, GTAP, or chat for a three-way collaborative issue resolution process between the user, the integrator, and Genetec. 4
