The investigator fills out the request form, so camera administrators can validate the nature of the request and ensure that all necessary details are received. Users can view the status of their requests in Clearance and find past requests. An email notification is sent to an approver to review new requests. They can ensure all essential information is valid before releasing the video to the requestor. Once the request is approved, the videos can be automatically exported from Security Center based on the date and time provided by the investigator. 1 2 3 4 5 An email notification is sent to the investigator, once the available recordings have been uploaded to Clearance. Permission levels can be configured within the system to grant the investigator view-only or download rights.
