Memorandum of Understanding
1. Objective.
The ("us", "our" or "Police
Department") has launched the Community Connect™ program with the intent to make our
neighborhoods safer, better and stronger by improving the network of security systems in
our city. We strongly encourage all businesses, willing to help improve our community, to
join the program by enabling the Police Department to access their compatible business'
security monitoring systems.
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to document the terms of participation
of your business in the Community Connect™ project of our Police Department.
2. Parties to this Memorandum of Understanding.
This Memorandum of Understanding is a binding agreement entered into by and between
the Police Department and the participant business identified in the signature block below
("you", "your" or "Participant").
