Community Connect™ 1 of 2 Dear Community Connect™ Partner: We are happy to welcome you to the Community Connect™ program. We have prepared this Community Connect™ Rollout Kit to help you launch Community Connect™ [CITY] quicker and easier. Annexed to this letter, you'll find a set of materials and documents that you may use as a starting point in your efforts to put in place the Community Connect™ program in your neighborhood. These documents include but are not limited to: • Memorandum of understanding (MOU) • Press release • Press FAQ • Social media guidelines • Flyer • Marketing video • Signage Document templates In this Rollout Kit, you will find certain document templates that you may adapt to fit your department's and community's needs and requirements (please refer to Annex A). Please note that none of these templates constitute legal advice, and may not be relied upon as such. They have been prepared solely to help you in your efforts of ramping up Community Connect™. As such, we strongly advise you to consult the appropriate legal professional for specific advice tailored to your needs. Trademarks, licenses and marketing material As part of the Community Connect™ Rollout Kit, we are also providing a copy of our relevant trademarks and trademark use guidelines (please refer to Annex B) that you may need to use in association with Community Connect™. With this letter, we are granting you a limited, non-transferable, non-assignable, royalty-free license to use such Genetec trademarks solely in [CITY], and in association with the Community Connect™ program or in reference to Genetec products or services. The license to our trademarks allows you to display and reproduce such trademarks as may be needed to operate the Community Connect™ program. This license also allows you to share the Community Connect™ trademark, Community Connect™ signage templates and any Community Connect™ marketing materials with the participants of the program, so that they may display that content in their businesses.
