Our contingency plan worked as designed and our teams are working from home. So, unless you were hoping for a face to face meeting in a Genetec office, you should see no change in the service and support you receive from us.
- Our support and customer service team is available as usual, and ready to answer any questions you may have. Our logistics are intact, and although we have had a few small delays, there is currently no impact on our ability to deliver products and support
- Developers continue to work on their projects and are looking into clever ways to leverage our technology and our partner ecosystem to help better protect and support our communities during this difficult period and beyond
- Our sales and marketing organization continues to remain at the ready to support any incoming questions or project requirements
