Announcing the New Technical Information Site on GTAP
If you're looking for technical information on Genetec products and solutions, we have just the place for you. We're excited to announce that our new Technical Information Site is now up and running on the Genetec Technical Assistance Portal (GTAP).
The site makes it easy for you to find the information you're looking for. You can browse and download technical guides, find articles on specific tasks, and provide feedback.
With over 1,000 articles on how to install, configure, and use our products in a single place, this comprehensive and responsive resource helps you easily find answers to your technical questions.
To Access the Technical Information Site, simply:
- Log on to GTAP
- Go to Resources > Documents
- Click link to the site: Technical Information Site.
